Unsend
Removes the message from BOTH your inbox AND the recipient's inbox. They can no longer see it.
Delete
Only removes from YOUR inbox. The other person still has the full conversation.
How to Unsend a Message (Delete for Everyone)
Open the Conversation
Go to your DMs and open the chat containing the message you want to remove.
Press and Hold the Message
Find your message and press and hold on it until a menu appears.
Tap "Unsend"
Select "Unsend" from the options. The message is immediately removed from both sides.
💡 You can only unsend your own messages, not messages sent by others.
How to Delete an Entire Conversation
This removes the conversation from your inbox only – the other person keeps their copy.

Tips for Deleting Multiple Messages
Use Vanish Mode Instead
For sensitive chats, enable Vanish Mode (swipe up in chat). Messages disappear when the chat is closed.
No Bulk Unsend
Unfortunately, you must unsend messages one at a time. There's no "unsend all" feature.
Delete Conversation for Quick Clean-Up
If you just want to clear your inbox (not remove from both), deleting the conversation is faster.
Alternative: Use Vanish Mode
For conversations you want automatically deleted, use Vanish Mode:
1. Open a DM conversation
2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
3. Vanish Mode is now ON – messages disappear when you leave the chat
4. Swipe up again to exit Vanish Mode
