Check your followersGo to your profile → Menu (☰) → Your activity → Interactions → Likes. Here you'll find all posts, Reels, and comments you've liked, sorted by most recent. You can also filter by date range.
Yes! Instagram stores your complete like history. Scroll down through your likes or use the date filter to jump to older content. There's no limit on how far back you can see.
In Your Activity → Likes, tap 'Select' in the top right, choose the posts you want to unlike, then tap 'Unlike'. You can bulk unlike multiple posts at once. The original poster won't be notified when you unlike.
No, your like history is private. Only you can see the full list of posts you've liked. Others can only see your like on individual posts if they look at the post's like list (on public posts).
The post may have been deleted by the creator, the account may have gone private (and you don't follow them), or the account may have been deactivated/banned. Liked posts from deleted content won't appear in your history.
No. If you unlike a post, the notification the person received when you originally liked it will disappear from their activity. They won't get a new notification about the unlike.
Currently, Instagram doesn't have a separate section for comments you've liked. You can only see posts and Reels you've liked. Comments you've made are in a separate section under 'Comments'.
Go to Settings → Your activity → Download your information → Request download. Instagram will compile all your data including likes into a file. This may take up to 48 hours.
